EXPERIENCE TEACHINGS OF

Love, faith, hope discipleship and encouragement with God

Christian Education /Bible Study & Sunday School

The leadership at Mount Bethel Church is dedicated to training and equipping our members by providing education through the Word of God, Sunday School, and Bible Study. Engaging lessons aim to raise awareness and foster open dialogue, encouraging discussions that promote understanding. This approach helps each individual develop the skills necessary to navigate life in alignment with the Doctrine of the Word of God.

The House Without Walls /Outdoor Community Worship Service

Together the members of Mount Bethel Church set up outside on the property; worship and praise as well as break the bread of life by preaching The Word of God for the Community to hear and take part. Many times individuals rather not come into the sanctuary, but still desire to hear the Songs of Praise, fellowship and receive prayer.

Community, Friends & Family Events

Throughout the years Mount Bethel Church held indoor & outdoor events to invite and welcome the community to The House of God. Our Indoor Friends & Family Worship Services take place a couple times a year. We use social media as well as word of mouth and email to connect with others and invite them to fellowship. There have been several outdoor community events where we have set up food & snack stations, a bounce house, several games and face painting. During these events we are allowed time to fellowship with people in our community and get to knw them. During this time we are also able to share information about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and invite them to come back to enjoy Worship Services, Sunday School & Bible Study.

Convalescent/ Sick & Shut-In Outreach

Our Missionary Board has connected with those who are sick & shut in; managing to build a partnership opening up opportunities where we are conducting worship services within convalescent Homes & Health Care Facilities. Together with the Managing Staff within the facility we have are sure to bring in The Word of God, Songs of Praise as well as Christmas Carols & Gifts during the Holiday Season. This Ministry allows us to bring joy to those who are not able to be close with family and friends regularly. With the majority being elderly; the mission is to be sure they feel loved and not forgotten. These small tasks for us are huge for these individuals who may be lonely, tired and dealing with a number of health concerns. The goal is that we keep their hearts encouraged and bring them joy.

Street Outreach - Connecting to Our Community

Our goal is to address urgent physical needs, such as providing toiletries, meals, blankets, and clothes, and  actively connecting and providing information and referrals to programs targeted to meet their needs. Challenge: Our mission is to locate, identify, build relationships, and engage unsheltered individuals and families as well as sheltered low-income families in our community who are in need to provide urgent, non-facility-based care and provide them with information that will connect them to emergency shelter, housing, basic human needs, and critical services. Our Street Outreach Project starts 4-9-2022.  Stay tuned for more information.
