Our goal
is to address urgent physical needs, such as providing toiletries, meals, blankets, and clothes, and
actively connecting and providing information and referrals to programs targeted to meet their needs.
Challenge
Our mission is to locate, identify, build relationships, and engage unsheltered individuals and families as well as sheltered low-income families in our community who are in need to provide urgent, non-facility-based care and provide them with information that will connect them to emergency shelter, housing, basic human needs, and critical services.
Our Street Outreach Project starts 4-9-2022. Stay tuned for more information.
